To go with Nightkid, I'd like cards like Smiling Preseter and Silver Thorn Beast Tamer, Emil to be Automatic too. Oh, and the Musketeers too, you could put them on the Guardian Circle so that we can call them wherever.

I would like the Musketeer series to be displayed automatically, just like when you  activate g3 searcher, then the card that you choose goes to the guardian circle and the rest will go back to the deck, you shuffle, then you place the Musketeer on the RG circle

That's probably true. I wish a good number of card should have the option to activate their auto effects like the starting vanguard Star-vader, World Line Dragon as an example.

Many cards, like High Powered Raizer Custom, Perfect Raizer, and others will have their turn-only power boosts all the time.  On one hand, it's convenient.  On the other hand, it's kind of annoying on the opponent's turn.

True, cards like this pose a problem such as Amon. There have been times in CFA where I had to manually decrease it's power and it was quire annoying as you say.
