[CFA] Team Registration

As we develop our community, we have decided to take advantage of the unique environment CFA has to offer. The team system is one of the main reasons people play on CFA. As such, the admins have decided to more vocally embrace this and offer teams more opportunities and support. However, in order to do this, things will have to be more streamlined and less chaotic than they are now. Enter official team registration. In the past, any team could be made with any number of people and all was fair in love and war. Now, we're going to ask a couple things from teams that will ensure a baseline quality standard and make the admin's jobs a tad easier, in exchange for access to the rewards and events/competitions that will take place in the future.
The team leader must reply to this thread with the following details for their application:
1. The name of the team applying for verification.
2. The number of members inside that team.
3. The leader of said team, and any co-leaders or representatives that admins can reach out to.
4. A link to the team thread.
For verification, their team thread must have, and continue to have at all times:
1. The name of the team.
2. An up to date list of members considered on that team, with a minimum of three members.
3. A report for every team battle that team has participated in.
4. Contact details for the leader and co-leader(s) or representative(s). (e.g. Discord)
5. Recruitment status (Open / Closed / Invite)
Failure to meet these guidelines will result in a team being notified, and should the guidelines still be broken three days later, the team will no longer be verified.
