If you know how to use them you could because you see, if you use Stil Vampir skill against Legion your Opponent can't use both the G2 and G3 as vg again.

That is a Problem in and of itself too, but Stil Vampir is still quite useful to give the finishing blow to your opponent

nope until when you try to use stil vampir skill your opponents will finish you xD mostly nova legion
