2nd Server?

Recently I've been in the Public Library for the majority of my time to relax. Yet whenever I attempt to go into the Server of Area, I can't because the Library's Server is a little weird. I was wondering if there was anyway for Area to fix their Server to accept any IP Address so that way even people in the Public Library can enjoy playing some Area on their Laptop. It would help save me time and money also since I go to McDonalds to use their WiFi in order to play on Area. Then having to spend a least a Dollar to stay there longer in order to play an extra 2-4 hours.

Areas server accepts any ip adress. The problem is rather that to the library can be blocked by the correct port or even a certain area of the Internet is not available.
