True since it would make PBDiablo costless better input that Grade 3 restriction since its meant to work with the BR and support grade 3 Phantom Blasters.

I was trying to keep the Pale Moon juggling playstyle in mind, trying to spice things up so they weren't just simply "Call units from the soul". Yes that's strong, but it didn't seem rewarding enough. I'm not sure if the Critical +1 is warranted though. The reason they all get +3000 power is to try to ensure yourself an extra two attacks, since you'll most likely have a 22000 and 12000 rearguard attacks without triggers. For the stride skill, I decided that giving people the options Pale Moon was capable of while applying pressure was a pretty decent idea for a stride skill. Not sure if it's a bit much. Might have gone overboard though.
