Help Recovering In-Game Account?

Hi, hope everyone's day is well.

While updating, I accidentally saved over my older settings.ini file, and since I forgot to write down my login information, I can no longer use the login I used normally. I was wondering what can be done to recover the in-game account.

If needed, my in-game username is the same as here, and thank you for reading.
