It really depends on which one you're facing. Against Ethics Reverse  just tend to keep killing rear-guards, so they don't have anything to Infinite Hell you with. I'm not entirely sure if that'll work for Raging, but you can try it. I'm not entirely sure what the best way to counter CBD and Nouvelle Hooker Dragon is :/

Damba:
Nouvelle - just don't swarm the field without having anything in reserve and make sure you have 18k columns
Chaos Breaker - your opponent will end up with a lot of cards in their hand if you don't rush him early. Deck sucks without break ride.
Raging Form - rush him early, save some shields for raging form and finish him off next turn. Even if you fail, he will have a small hand and just 2 rg on the field (due to RFD limit break)
Buster Reverse - only dangerous with break ride, destroy rear guards.

so with beating novelles dont make 17k columns yeah? only and must make 18k columns am i right?

His base power is 13k, 18k or higher columns will make him guard with 10k. However, make sure you keep some of that power in reserve, because he will most likely nuke your field.
