Hello Kira. I was wondering if you'd make a forum signature for me. I want to use the character from this design here

The background is a nice color that I like so if you could possibly make use of that i'd like it. (:

The card I want inside of the signature is Sanctuary of Light Planetal Dragon shown here.

Thats about the closest to a full art of it I can find, so if that will work then that's awesome.  However if that won't work then Majesty Lord Blaster will also work for me. Maybe if you can center the character shown a bit to the left. Hope this works and thanks. (:

Second, I'd love some nice 'witchy' effects, focusing on her skull and the blue lines/jewels.

Thanks for the banner, though I dunno.. glittering is cool and all but I was imagining something more...sinister? Like... the skull giving off this faint, throbbing glow and her eyes having this rotating glow and then fades. Something like that, glittering seems a bit too... fairy princess and I was thinking something more like.. this?

Hey Kira, small question here, and maybe it could help anyone else looking to do this sorta thing without bugging you but...

How do you do that "shine" thing? Just highlight the color or something?

Well in Photoshop, I duplicate the layer you want a glow on and have that second layer on top and set the blending setting for the layer on top to "Overlay". Sometimes I use other blending options like "Linear Light" and sometimes I change the opacity of the layer on top to adjust the lighting.
