As Rem said, it won't happen that soon, even though I'm rushing Shockwave to do it because of the terrible behaviour of certain players. With it implemented, just the fact that we'll be able to boot/warn/ban someone will change how most of the people act since they'll be aware that there are certain concequences to what they do.
About the logs and whatnot, you can press "Q" in-game to see the logs of everything you and your opponent've done, thusly, you can see whether your opponent is cheating or not.

Also, if you meant it in a DuelingNetwork sort of way, that won't happen, since, duh, fail.

since they are not in an open area for everyone to hear let them do what they want in that chat, but once there in open world they should follow the rules. maybe i have the wrong train of thought since anyone say something i dont like it i leave.

People should follow the rules, as others could easily be offended, or disrupted. If they don't follow rules, everything falls into anarchy and we all die.

Leaving a game because you know the other guy is bad doesn't change anything, we should turn things better for everyone, no?

not that he is bad. only if he harresses me.

This is really not necessary, i play this game for a long time and rarely ever someone cheats, the missplays are usually honest mistakes and if you just warn them they'll redo. And besides if someone cheats and keeps cheating all you have to do is not play with them, this is not a ranking game like Dueling Network or something like that, so there's no need to call admins to proof the opponent wrong just to get the win.
