Shuffler problem

Doctor Who:
Everyone will agree with me that Area shuffler is quite dreadful. It's even more dreadful when you build a multiclan deck or you play a quite unusual combination (SGD with JK rearguard for e.g). So can u please fix this stuff.

Lance Korilum:
I don't understand people's complaints with the shuffling system.  It randomizes your deck.  It does what it's supposed to do.  People just say it's bad, then don't say why...  What, do you people expect to be given perfect hands every time?  Or be given an amazing stack every game that has you constantly getting triggers?  Perhaps you expect to never get gradestuck....  The way Vanguard works, it's all luck-based.  What fault does the shuffler have in all of this, when it does it's job?

That's the point. It goes against any common sense, logic and probabilty. I oftenly draw 3 grade 0 and one g1 and g2. I return the triggers, they return to me. I get gradestuck because I have 5 out 8 grade 3's in my hand. I don't draw a grade 1 even if I play 16 grade 1 or I don't draw a grade 2 even if I run more than 12. The shuffler goes against common sense.
I rarely get god hands, most of the times I hate half of my hand and yet,   I manage to put up a good cardfight.
Like I said, the shufler trolls multiclan decks in the first place and also out-of-the-box decks.
Luck based- yes as any other tcg. In other tcg, you need an entire hand to work with (e.g:YGO), and you don't have the chance to mulligan. Here, I need three cards at the start and during the drive checks and extra draws, I get what I

Bonzomi:
If you really believe so then try playing 8 G1 and 16 G3 and see how that turns out for you.

Please, if you want to complain about things not being 'random enough', provide actual proof, and this is how; take huge samples, try to recreate the event (in this case the opening hand and redraw), and collect as much as you can. Next plot a graph with your data, does it follow the normal distribution? DOES IT?

This is a really-really rough estimate but if it looks like this:

And not LIKE THIS:

Then you reserve no right to complain.

That's what the main prorammer said.
My tip: don't press Shuffle Button many times. Once or twice is enough.
