Most of the random arts we find online it's from a not so well-known that you can recognize game or anime etc. Is there a problem with that? Because sometimes it's hard to find original art.
EDIT: And also it is ok to not use photoshop at all and just pick the images and write the cards info?

The reason it doesn't exist is that no one is willing to program it :x If you want one, figure it out yourself~
Or just use photoshop \:3/
