all Restanders are very easy to restand o.o anyway xD i changed the effect, and added a Murakumo Legion

not all of them are easy. tetra for one, the bermuda duo for two.

Honestly, the fact that "Phantom Blaster" Stands now really ticks me off. I hate that they would put that as it's skill, rather than power/crit stacking, which is what it's always done.
Anyways, Have this Maelstrom get 5000 power and I think it would be a nice adaption of it and transcore's skills!
Also, that Murakumo is /amazing/, like great job on him.
