This would be balanced if it was a once per turn skill. Have it only activate once during any given turn and it would be perfect!

Yea I know its a little not so creative but yea I thought abt the retire backrow thing the 2nd skill is kinda eh cos LJ now has a lot of ways to lock so yea its definitely not gonna be cb 2 and lock 2 otherwise the other locking cards will be useless.
