All skills that involve giving power too units are til the end of that turn lol.

well i already know that , but it's strange because it's says cont , so i think it's stay permanent -_- if you look different card with similar skill it didn't say cont , but just V.

Edit : oh yeah and usually there's until end of turn too in the second skill , but in this skill it didn't says anything

It's not permanent, since it does say "until end of turn," before it gains the effect. It's the same as having it at the end.
