Combo with Miracle Pop, Eva

I wanted to clarify this combo because i can't find an answer anywhere i look. I'll give an example: I have a Nightmare Doll Carole that just used Break Ride with Eva. Here is my question: after boosting my vanguard if i were to call a new unit over the unit that boosted (retire and call from soul with Eva Break Ride skill) can i boost a 2nd time with the new unit?
I'm guessing i can't but i ask just to make sure. Thanks to anyone and everyone who answers in advance.

You can't. In fact, you lose your initial boost if you call a new unit in place during combat.

From the Comprehensive Rules for Cardfight!! Vanguard:

"7.3.1.5.1.1. These two units [in this case being the Vanguard and your rearguard booster] shall continue to be the "boosting unit" and "boosted unit" in their respective circles. If one of these 2 units moves out of its original circle, the remaining unit will no longer be the 'boosting unit' or 'boosted unit'."
