Star-vader, Cold Death Dragon

i have a question, if you use Star-vader, Cold Death Dragons skill does that mean your Opponent can choose any RC or only open ones?

It only says RCs, so i guess any RC not just open ones.

ah yeah thx i finally understand how it works first you lock your opponents Cards then use it

Yeah if your opponent has 5 rearguard circles when u call Cold Death to a rg circle and use it's CB, they have to choose a "non locked" rearguard, and retire it and replace it with top card of deck locked.
