Well it's a much more consistent version of Ramiel Reverse's LB soo cant complain lol. even Grade 1's alone can hit 11k with that 4k bonus.

Hmm what to run with these two?.. I'm thinking maybe Zerachiel and Hedesiel or just the Pegasus units and probably Susanna.

I don't see a very promising way to use Pegasus's consistently since the Grade 3 doesn't have a damage swapper skill. Though you could easily use other units, but it would be much harder. Though the idea of having Hesediel is really nice.

So apparently the RP legion.. is a seeker legion :/ I for one am annoyed at this and thought it'd be a perfect chance for one of the RP archetypes who has so far been ignored to get legion support. But now.. nope, it's all nothing but popular loving crap, even if you forget the fact that Seekers are getting support in bt17, this just, and excuse my language, chaps my ass.

Don't get me wrong, it's awesome that other, ignored archetypes/clans are getting their own legions, really it is. But that whole giving seekers yet another legion, still annoys me very much.

So...  Went and looked at the new Legion and Mate...  And I'm also disappointed...  The abilities are good, yes, but they would've been perfect for Sanctuary of Light.  Plus, Seekers already have a Legion that did something similar to this, so I don't see why they decided to go and make it a Seeker.

AUTO [V]: During your end phase, when your rear-guard is put into the drop zone, if this unit is in Legion, choose a card from your damage zone, and turn it face up. Then, if the unit put into the drop zone is a unit with the same name as a unit in your V, draw a card, choose up to two cards from your drop zone, and put them on the bottom of your deck in any order.
AUTO [V]: When this unit attacks a vanguard, choose one of your rear-guards, and you may give it Power +4000 until end of turn. If you give it Power +4000, at the end of that turn, retire that unit.

This guy does just about everything you can expect out of Great Nature in one neat package. Sure it only works with just the two Legion cards, but this guy recycles them for you so that's not really a problem. Not to mention, the Legion mate is....

...A stronger Hammsuke. Once Great Nature gets a second Legion, this card will get a lot better.

Barking Sky Tiger

A Legion restricted Upright Lion, but works for all units instead of just Silver Thorn.

Cracking Beast Tamer
G3/Pale Moon/Human/Power 11000
ACT [V]: Legion 20000 "Barking Sky Tiger"
AUTO [V]: [Counter Blast 2] When this unit performs Legion, you may pay the cost. If you do, Soul Charge 2, choose up to three cards from your soul, and call them to separate R.
AUTO [V]: When your unit is placed on R from your soul, this unit gets Power +3000 until end of turn.

Meanwhile, the G3 is essentially like Venus Luquier with the original Luquier's vanguard ability. Well Venus Luquier can potentially call more than three and this can't be repeated unless you ride a new one, but still Cracking Beast Tamer is certainly not bad.

Gives non-Silver Thorn Pale Moon decks a well deserved boost.

I should mention that this card and Bunny Queen Beast Tamer hints at possibly a Beast Tamer deck in the works later on, but nothing has been confirmed by Bushiroad yet.

In addition, the Murakumo Legion got spoiled through Twitter in what appears to be a poster from the Festival, and boy is it a treat:

A G2 Oboro Cart! What's more is that she uses the soul to pay for her cost, which is very sweet. The only problem is that she's Legion restricted, but that's not really a problem...

Onmyoji Stealth Rogue, Seimei
G3/Murakumo/Demon/Power 11000
ACT [V]: Legion 20000 "Illusion Change Stealth Rogue, Kuzunoha"

This guy's incredible. Sure it can only clone two units in total, but there's only one unit you want to clone with this guy to begin with. Take a wild guess who that is.

For a measly cost of CB1 & SB1 (SB2 if you want to put a booster behind the vanguard too), you can have a full field of units and all it costed you was to have a single booster in play. You don't keep them, but you get to do it every turn and never have to play a card from your hand again so long as you have the damage and soul to keep paying for it. Between White Mane, Dart Spider, and Cat Devil, I doubt CB and soul will be much of a problem.

Not to mention, since they all go to the bottom of the deck at end of turn, you'll never draw into them ensuring that you'll be able to keep calling them out turn after turn, all while avoiding retire and lock effects. What's more is that the vanguard will always be attacking for 23k with this ability even if you don't play a booster behind it.

This is seriously my favorite Legion from the whole set of six with how powerful it is, and it'll only get that much stronger once Murakumo gets a second Legion to work with.

And with that, all six Legions from the Summer Festival campaign have been revealed.
