Hi, my name is Houndoomer.
As of recent I was goofing around with the numbers of unit's attack powers during a match with my friend (whom was doing the same) and he told me I had glitched out and left the game (Proof was a screen share on skype) so I exited. Now, whenever I log back on, there's nobody there. In every single area, no one is there. All I see for sleeves is the back of a default card. I've redownloaded and made a new account on CFA, and nothing has worked.
Have I been banned? If not, what should I do?

This actually sounds more like a bug. I'm pretty sure this isn't a ban. Are you sure you're entering the right IP for the server? The right port?
Toss a message to 41024 about this.

Managed to get into CFA. Perhaps people should keep an eye out for this possible bug so it could be fixed.
