I have to say, this is probably the best banner out of all the 4. 10/10 from me o3o. It's just so well made, the colors are amazing and the way Blaster Blade Spirit is put in there is awesome. Deserves to be the winner, good job to whoever made it :D

Just not that good, it looks sloppy, like barely any effort was put into it :c 3/10

I'd say it's average, but has potential. the pictures don't look so well together, as much as I want this one to win because it has LJ in it and is better than the 2nd one, it could've been better in my opinion. 6/10
Fourth one:

I'd say this is too close. 10/10 o3o. This banner is as amazing as the first one. It also deserves to be the winner.. but I'm torn between the two o3o.

Well Let's see.
First one is amazing. The art makes it work so perfectly. It's just my one little gripe with it is that the words feel bland. I really think that more effort could have been done to improve that. I kinda wished it had matched the Cardfight Vanguard logo text a little. It gets a 9/10.
Both the second one and third one look really terrible. All that was done was pictures was added to a background. The second one text doesn't work at all.
The third one is a tiny bit better text wise but it looks just as bad due to it not looking like it's in one picture.
The second one gets a 1/10
The Third one gets a 2/10
This last one is the one I like the best by far. There is so much more to look at and enjoy and it's inviting me to want to be here. I prefer the text one this one over the first one as well. It gets a 10/10.
Both the first one and the last one had the most effort put into them. So I give them both props for being so good and I hope one of those 2 wins.

Short and simple first one is very blended together looks like time was definitely put into it 10/10
Second one is just collage 4/10
Third one is okay not bad but to similar to the second one so erks me 7/10
Fourth one is nice and cool not bad looking at all but the first one slightly is better so 9/10
What was most important that ultimately helped me decide was does it show me what cardfighting itself is all about?
In the end that's what ended up having me pick this final choice.

To Replace the Banner with the winning one. I was originally against the idea of the banner being changed. I was afraid that the banner would not show what vanguard is however Volk gave us a nice showing of what vanguard truly is in one beautiful banner.
