Personality:
Comes off as uncaring, apathetic. Even a bit edgy. Ventus will not go out of his way to help others, nor will he go out of his way to befriend anyone else. His views on people are disinterested and he typically see's himself as above others, even going so far as to down size other people's achievements. This doesn't make him a bad person however, as deep down he's truly caring, if you can get past all of the self defense mechanisms he's put in place so that he never gets hurt. He also tends to be selfish, putting what he wants over others, though he does it in such a manner that makes it seem like there isn't much of a reason behind it. He is very intelligent, and hardly loses his cool in any situation, even if he loses a fight.

Biography:
Ventus was born in Rijuku to a rather poor, emotionally unstable family and was forced into an orphanage. In doing so, he felt betrayed and lost his ability to trust others or believe in someone else's views and beliefs. Growing up in the orphanage was even more unstable as he had to fight for every meal. The owners of the orphanage were also practically slave drivers, forcing the young children into cleaning and hard labor just so that they could stay. This further pushed Ventus away from others, pushing the apathetic and distrustful mindset that he already had even further until he seemed like nothing more than a walking puppet or doll. A few years into his life at the orphanage, the young silver haired boy found a deck of cards in his dresser with a letter. Dismissing the cards at first he silently read the letter, which only simply read 'Take hold of your own future'. Normally the boy would brush it off as a prank, and yet, for once in his life he was interested in something. Picking up the deck he glanced through it, an Aqua Force deck. Where did it come from? Who had given it to him? The owners of the orphanage had no interest in giving the children toys or things to entertain themselves with, and none of the other children had any money. Several more years later, Ventus had become of legal age, venturing out of the Orphanage and becoming a pro Vanguard player so to speak using Aqua Force. It seemed in the fights he'd had no one seemed to know what it was. Just what was Aqua Force? The idea that it was one of a kind ate at the back of his mind almost like a plague until the War of Liberation. He had seen the broadcasts, and the sealed clans. He refused to try and help the clans however, though he noticed something strange. Another person with Aqua Force in the broadcasts. So he wasn't unique. This gave the uncaring silver haired man a reason now to seek someone... or something out. He wanted to get to the bottom of Aqua Force, but also the reasoning as to why he came into it's possession, and the note that came with it. This was his future, the one he chose to seek out.
