Here found somewhere;  the full movie of Cardfight!! Vanguard Movie Neon: MESSIAH

It is full movie but it has no SUB. It is in Japanese language only.

Not yet but tbh imo you don't really need them. I mean w/e plot this thing tries to have isn't really important, you watch it for the animation and seeing the old cast again, and thats about it :/.
