Well, I guess I made a little bit too much frustration about my recent ban, so I guess I need to explain the reason behind this action. As you all know, Ren was banned yesterday by me, without announcing anything. Noone from moderators didnt know my reasons - so dont blame them for it. But let me start from the beggining. I came here, cause Sinon asked Russian admins for help. I didnt need it myself - I was fine spending time in cfa with my russians friends and rivals. When I came here, first thing I've done - I unbanned Sinon aling with Hyoma, Jai and Katskaps (or I forgor his nick, whatever). Before that, though I was speaking with many people from community, translating their endless messeges as fast as I could. It was tough, if you ask me. One of them was Ren. He was glad to help me and promised to give me the screenshot of our moderators bad behaviour. Many screenshots. He though, asked for some time to restore them, cause something happened recently with his computer (either he reinstalled OS - cant remember properly). I dont need to say, that I didnt got a single screen from him (else our mod would be different people now). Meanwhile, after I spoke with those 4 unbanned people they were not causing arguments for a long time, so I had time to actually look on moderators. From most community words all was frustraited with Dev, Beryl and Max, though Dev's problem was solved and now all or almost all are fine with his beaviour. I believe. But thats not what is important. I was w8ing for two week for Ren to actually give me screenshots, but after I just gave that up. "Whatever" Though even at that time I already had a strange feeling that something is wrong. Beryl left his position by his own wish, other mods either had no problems, or just admited, that they had bad behaviour. Though I gave them second chance, and they proven, I didnt make mistake doing so. And the Dev's problem was solved with Ren's help. While he was against him at all stages of the process. SO I started watching him, and his actions. Maybe he just wanted to look cool in our eyes, to become mod, but I needed to be sure. The things I came into was not so bright. He was either talking about some users (I dont think you wanna know the names). And it was actually shittalk) And when he was speaking with people, he was shittalked a moment before, he shittalked about other people, or even those, he was speaking with before. Strange man. Though it's not ban case, right? Ren did the following - he is doing actions, which causes shitstorms in the community. Remember Nick HD ban? he was asked by Ren to go on forums and "flip the table". He successed in it, and got a ban. His actions is always like that. Maybe that man just enjoying looking people arguing (and eating popcorn in the process). But just that was not enough. Recent event with Kaze and Sinon. Kaze was speaking in the skype in a conference, which Sinon was not participating. There Kaze explained his opinion on some things about her. Other than that he was not picking up on her - he is not speaking with her without need. So he just was speaking with his friends about her. Everyone do that - speaking with each other about other people in private convos or less private. As long as people are keepeng their mouthes about those convos closed, no conflicts are occuring. Do you know, what Ren did? Right he transfered Kaze words directly to Sinon's skype. Do he had reasons behind this actions? Ask him. Sinon went wild since she is not most patient pupil I know, and the problems were rised again. Out of nowhere. We all know, what happend after that. Cherry banned Kaze. Haha, do you know, who was begging her to do it? Right, it was Ren. Cherry did it with her own intentions to actually stop Kaze from picking up on Sinon, which he didnt at all. When she deepen her knowlenge of the situation, by listening both sides, she find out that nor Sinon or Ren has the screenshot or Kaze picking up on her in the CFA or elsewhere. Only the screenshots of that skype convo, where Sinon was not invited. At that moment I was sure, Ren did it intentionally to observe the conflict between Kaze and Sinon. Thats only one example of his toxic actions, and, as there is no poin in rules, that forbids him from doing that, I decided to make my own move, even if it means destoying my reputation of a fine admin. And that too was the reason why I keeped my reasoning hidden. So now you're free to discuss my decision. I didnt maked a single screenshot of this. You may not believe me. But Ren does a clean work and it's hard to catch his tail just in time. Now you know my reasons, and Ren is unbanned on 2 days, so he can say some words in his defence here. Thx for your attention.

That makes no sense to me. You're saying that it's ok to talk behind someone's back and if someone says something about that they're in the wrong? Yeah sure that telling caused fighting in the community, but those things happen. And it has happened times before without people getting banned for it, and this time from what i can tell Ren wasn't even the one fighting.

I feel like you should also explain why you removed all of Ren's + karma and kept his negative karma. If this ban isn't out of spite then I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have done that.

I am sorry to say this expy but even with this wall of text i am still struggling to see the reason behind his ban. From what i gather it was because ren told sinon that kaze was badmouthing her behind her back, and guess what expy, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. Sorry expy but i think the one in the wrong is actually you for A: butting into private matters and B: actually letting the person in the wrong (kaze) get away with it and banning the person who was trying to be nice.

UPD: Riff Raff, and his karma now back to normal. Just tested if I can get negative karma. (i cant)

Relax, Rem said to unban Ren, so enjoy :P Still, he will be watched by me personaly. Next wrong move will result ban.

I have no idea why this thread was locked, so I'm unlocking it.
Let me explain my motives behind Kaze's initial ban: I was mostly confused on the situation. I was being told Kaze did this attacking on cfa or somewhere in a group chat on skype. Then I was informed this was happening in pms but not on the forum, so I was still lost. If it was a private conversation in Skype, I wouldn't think they'd have brought it up to me. But, Skype is not under our jurisdiction. Even so, I wanted to test a theory that if we started punishing people for outside shitstorms (yeah to hell with the swearing rule right now), they'd stop there and they'd stop here. This was only a theory. It wasn't 100% clear that this was a private conversation between Ren and Kaze. I shouldn't have butted in and the theory was already proven useless. I didn't have Kaze's side of the story and I sincerely apologize to him again for doing this. I apologize to Sinon for jumping the gun without properly hearing everything too.
However, I believe Ren should've known not to send those screenshots to Sinon, and Sinon shouldn't have come to me about this without proof of his actions on cfa. This was obviously going to begin a chain of to collective shitstorm. No printed rules were broken by these two actions, but our community has a talent for endless drama. We need to rewrite the rules, as this was an official oversight.
It's not okay to talk behind someone's back, but we quite literally cannot punish you all for your freedom of speech outside of the game, the forums, or the chat. We're not the Skype police.
Though, Expy, you need to stop acting on your own. Banning Ren out of the blue with no real explanation for two days was uncalled for. Start worrying about how you're making the entire staff team look instead of trying to be a renegade with a ban button.
