Is anyone having the same problem? Mostly my area runs normally, but sometimes it goes on a completely white mode. I think it's not a file issue because i redownloaded the full version twice and because it only happens sometimes, but it's really annoying.

my game freezes like your first screenshot then i have to close it via task manager.

Well, Nyash said it can be Antivirus, drivers, firewalls. Maybe you should try to run CFA as admin. Try this all, if nothing helps, let me know.
