Title: sleeve sprites

There are still sleeves that are not in the sprite folder, like Elly, Seram, Kujikirikongo, Reverse Daiyusha and the Crimson-Torqouise Beast Tamer promo sleeve that only a few know (not even in the wiki sleeve gallery)

Also, I'd suggest that only the sleeves from the Volume Pack series to be given out in the lottery.
