- Swearing in chat or forum now is not allowed in any form.
- Slight changes to Ban Appealing. You can read it in Cardfight Area Client, Forum & Chat Rules topic (4th post).

Reposting it here; April 1st most concerning WP.
Even though most users got their WP's on March, I love this community and would've wanted to lower their WP's if I had the authority to on my birthday which was quite warm and welcoming, thank you for that ^^ but I couldn't, So the least I can do is be lenient on certain users who got their WP's even this month and haven't broken any rules recently. Some even got their lowered by 2.
Lowered Warning Points of following users who have been good: Leobwin, Ren R, SilentHonorsGallaeon, Rebornthunder, FlamingEngin, Fei Yen, Baeksoon, jaffs, vDhan, BeastlyEwok, akobyan1, EmperorPenguin90, katscaps.
Please try to use this opportunity as a turning point and become good so its completely removed by July. It would sadden me to see few of you at high to get banned but if push comes to shove, I might have to see it happen.
Thank you for being co-operative and helping out! Also thank you Ren R for providing me screenshots and helping me out occasionally.

- Swearing is now allowed in censored form again.

Some forum changes:
- Post maximum length is now 40000 symbols, up from 20000.
- Topics now become old after 60 days, down from 120.
- Number of topics per page is now 15, down from 20
- New Category with two new boards was created for non-vg or -buddy conversations. Dunno, why there was not such boards.

Changes to chat rules.
"Sluts/Whores" removed from the wording in the description for the "Spamming with links" rule under the chat rules.
New rule added to the the chat rules as a hard offense:
- Inappropriate Content (Content containing any form of nudity, swearing, breaking other chat rules, etc.)
Edit: RebornThunder whom was regularly charged for breaking this rule was given 3 WP and a ban 24 hr ban. Due to this rule having not been formally added into the chat yet, the 3 WP was taken back and ban was lifted. Any actions breaking this rule from here on will now face the consequence of 3 WP.

HayateMitsukishi, the man of many names, has been unbanned, originally being banned for multiple accounts.
FlamingEngin on the WP tracker has been changed to HayateMitsukishi.
HayateMitsukishi has 10 WP, any bad behavior or use of multiple accounts will result in a ban.

HayateMitsukishi's name has been changed to CyberKaiser on the WP/Ban Tracker.
Due to breaking the oath of creating no more alternate accounts, CyberKaiser/HayateMitsukishi has been banned on both the forum and chat.
Not permanently, but for 100 years.

Balkyrie knew the rules and decided to create several accounts under the name BBPlaza and Ceasarilla. She decided to keep Ceasarilla as a permanent name, and has been given 9wp for three separate accounts and a week ban.

As I'm busy lately, and will most likely not be online on July 1st, 2015. I'm reducing the WPs in advance of the users who have been showing good behavior or have shown signs of improvements. However, the users who have recently gotten few WP(s), will not to be reduced.
Lowered Warning Points of following users who have been good: SilentHonorsGallaeon, Hyomathunder, Rebornthunder, Shouril20l, jaffs, vDhan, katscaps, Kaze Ryuenji, drat6767, FeiYen06, MakuJD, ren9657/Ren R, NTAArchangel, Riffe, Ibukikouji, Slayersage, NeoBuster, Hibiki4life, PiscesKnight, Hunteret.
Some users may lose more then 3 WP next month. They have been good users generally but because of recent behavior I couldn't reduce their WP, but if they continue to be good again and learn from their mistakes. I'm willing to remove 4 WP.
Apologies to those who's WP I couldn't lower! This is the most lenient and best I could do. I wish I could do more but, gahhh, you know. Anyway, thank you everyone for the wonderful co-operation and being helpful to the community as well. I appreciate your hard work and I hope you appreciate ours, as the mods aren't really, well-loved here. And I wish to fix that and want to create a form of, unity or understanding. Most problems stem from being mis-understandings after all.

The Spam and Swear rules have been edited and changed to the following
Spamming [(Flooding the chat with multiple messages, e.g: 5+ messages under a minute.)
Excessive usage of swears is also prohibited. e.g: Using over four swears in a short timespan or consecutive messages)]
Swearing (You are allowed to use swear words, provided they are not directed at and/or used to provoke/insult anyone.)

Doing this few days earlier once more because I like to do my work early.
It makes me very happy that the amount of WP's have gone done considerably. The community has gotten really really great, I love it, thank you all for being co-operative, helping out and being supportive as well.
Without further ado, I've subtracted WP from several users. It's really joyful to see how 50% of the list is gone from what it was 6 months ago.
I hope everyone continues to follow the rules and enjoy~ ^^
