Hello, and good night/day to all players in this game. I am Hayate, sorry all i do, with neo zane and anothers. I am banned for long time and unbanned in this week, i don't know why. And i love this game and community so well, and i decide '' play '' but. I thinking my ip chaning without me want, and this is the reason i think im unbanned. And admins checks my ip, and is same to. I am defy_Focus and Soma Shinonome, i like all this dudes. But yees, what i do in past is terrible. I don't want this more :(

I says, im unbanned idk why, and i still want play this game and make this account.

There's a number of problems with that, but you've been permanently banned in the records, and all your future accounts will be banned for the same reason. The only reason this one isn't at this moment is just to answer your questions.
You can play on cfa (unless the russians deal with you), but you will not be able to participate on the forums any longer. You were caught double accounting and a very nice person gave you a chance. Then you went and did it anyway, which resulted in you getting punished accordingly.
