Title: Cardfight Area Question

I have been noticing that some people have sleeves not shown in the sleeves section. I am just wondering if it is from secrets or something cause I do not have them as options. Please help?

The sleeves are available by either donation or staying inside the lottery room (Ice Castle).

Thanks. So the Ice Castle is the place where you go down and then right correct? So I just have to stay there and hope I get the sleeves?

Yeah, The Ice Castle gives sleeves every 45 minutes, and you can also participate in tournaments to win some sleeves.
