You didn't specify the version of legion.
Doesn't matter if they in the same clan. She's a legion regardless and could have been Miss Mist IF the vanguard is grade 2. Luckly she isn't.
She won't be the only one that will fail to be Miss Mist come next month.

Considering the fac that not every1 plays cute cards, Miss Mist will still be effective. However, u can't play a certain card and/or deck and pray top counter a certain card and/or deck

I only run 3 Miss Mist because I like having space for other things in my deck and to be honest it would be very difficult to add a 4th. But after set 17 I expect things to not be in the favor of Miss Mist.
