Starting October 2nd, the next season of G: NEXT set in a highschool era with tournaments among rivaling schools similarly to the Link Joker arc will be airing! The rumor about Chrono's seiyuu has been proven false, as he will remain working with the cast for this season. Team Try3 will be divided, each member forming a new team in different schools. As shown in the screenshots... Satoru, Kumi, Rin, and Taiyou will be returning. There's a new character on Shion's team.

Shouji Kazuma is our new star of Shadow Paladin, being a student at Chrono's school and a member of Chrono's newly formed team wielding the new Dragon Mage faction.

In a surprise that brought excitement to a lot of everybody, Team Try3 and Team Trinity Dragon in this new era will both be receiving Character Boosters. These contain every clan of each player in the same set. You can see them more as the anime-dictated Technical Boosters (as they support things by characters before things that have always needed support). Altmile G and Ahsha G are highly expected (and all but confirmed) to be included in the new Royal Paladin and Neo Nectar Trial Decks coming with the Try3 booster in December. Team Trinity Dragon will follow up in their evolving glory with a tease of what looks to be the next form of Susanoo in January. Chrono, matching his teammates, will be championing Chronojet Dragon G from the Zodiac Time Beast Trial Deck instead of the original version.

what a good product lineup except for GC getting a Trial Deck, Clan Booster, Character Booster, and get included in a Main Booster all in the same year.

This stream has me all kinds of hype! Looking foward to the new season of G NEXT and looking foward to Altmile G. Im intrigued to see what it will be. Time will tell

One word about Gear Chronicles supports: bulls*** (Even tho I do play the clan myself)

Ooooohhh! This looks really really cool. So rooting for Tokoha's though. Also can't wait for that Rummy Labyrinth booster... Has got me so hyped. Though didn't they say Einshi was like 18 or 19 lols. Idk... And that first character on the first screenshot, with the purple background, looks cool af.

Anyway, as usual when a new season comes, I get real hyped real quick so I can't wait for this next season to kick off.

This is going to be a much more interesting season then the last season was to say the least.
The teams are weird especially tokuha's but I'll give it a chance since it be interesting and finally January Japan product is the best thing Bushi announced in forever also finally some OTT.
The new characters also all look great.
The only downside was the December product that is a bit much for gears the other 2 clans not as big of a deal.

Some more predictions. I think it's safe to expect DI in G-Set 10. Since Enishi is there. I'm expecting LJ in G-Set 10 or 11. Which I'm expecting to be used by the white haired new character that I hope is not Ibuki's new design.

This is pretty epic but I can't help but wonder about Nova Grapplers. Heck bring in that kid that beat his friend's Skybeat Brawler deck as a new character. Or make Nagisa have more character development than just being psycho so NGs have more focal characters and ultimately more diverse units/skills.

But this is pretty cool though. Cant wait to see what the new Shadow Paladins can do. Hopefully they aren't as linear as most of the previous clan but introduce broader concepts and designs. Maybe they will be noble or honor bound? Lawful/Evil cult maybe...?

As irritating as Gear Chronicles are to me as a clan 95% devoted to a single unit, I am glad they are giving them more ways to play than just Yolojet Dragon. Chronofang Tiger is pretty cool both in ability and in design and now with the G forms, they can finally expand the GC clan as a whole which is exciting. Can't wait to see what they can do.

Glad to see the speculated SP user not look like a demented Long Haired Cu Cu for CoCo Puffs Mad Man (Like they normally do) and just a normal high school kid
And think its pretty Cool how we get to see them all grown up in high school, but this got me wondering about the placement of all the other older characters (Kai,Misaki,Kamui,etc). Will they still have a little bit of camera time or a cameo here and there, or was the old characters just for this G season to help guide TRY3 and not for the purpose of being in and out in future seasons, i personally would still like to see a cameo here and there but i do also understand its time to move on with the OG's.

I personally like the diversity of the new teams :
-Chrono using GC and possibly getting another avatar (THANK JEBUS CAUSE IF I SAW CJD SUPPORT ONE......... MORE..... TIME!!!), Taiyo being in middle school(seems like) and using GP i wonder if his play style will change with the set 10 having support for GP. The speculated SP/AQF user seems to me like he's going to have the very "Naoki" like story line but hopefully its more of a complex role then that,very weird team with a very nice look

-Tokhua and her best friend was a given (hopefully more OTT support i aint complaining) but Satoru i didn't expect AT ALL  which could mean more DI support in the future and alot more background in his character cause this season all they did was throw him in as an "important" character. so i would like to get to know him as a charecter much better this season.

-Shion's Team  Threw Me for a Loop a new face alongside RIN,...... the girl A LOT of people wanted to have a secure spot in the anime just cause of the "new" look she gave Angel Feathers. and the mystery guy i wonder what's his purpose and ofc what clan he uses my money is on him using GeN or MC :v

THE BEST CHARACTERS IN THE SHOW GETTING A SET DEDICATED TO THEIR GREATNESS TRINITY DRAGONQ('^')O:
Shocked to see GN getting support again hopefully its something to better Berry since i feel like in the TECH booster he didnt really get to shine. Im really curious to see what OTT is going to bring to the table after their... ummmm... last... uhhh...whatever that was. I also wanna see some more engiman support or just DP support in general since koutei dipped they haven't really been around as often like they use to.  Hiroki only highlighted on cosmic hero's so meh more stuff would be nice.

Overall This Looks Like A GREAT Season for Vanguard and im really excited for whats to come in due TIME (see what i did their....ok im done)

I've skipped the last few episodes of the previous season, and I have skipped this entire season, I don't need to watch them to watch this season right? This looks quite interesting tbh.

Oh look. It's focusing on Chrono and his team (shocker) And.. his team.. is hmm.. literally made up of nothing but knights and dragons...so... why should I be interested in this season exactly?

At least the last cast was a little more diverse. So unless they're going to do something like, switching off point of views, interesting but perhaps too progressive for them. Or focusing on them as friends who occasionally dip into their own fights now and again, which is interesting, but might be too time consuming before they throw in the 'Save the universe by playing card games' trope again.

So again, I cannot really be happy about this. Since at the moment, all they seem to care about is focusing on the pandering to the popular that they've been doing for the last month. Don't get me wrong, cool teams, interesting new looks (even if Shion has developed a 'please punch my face' disorder)but it's just we've been drowning in Chrono for what feels like forever and to top it off, the only thing we have to look forward to is...more of the same pandering, hurray if you're into the paladins and time dragons, but I feel as if they're not being broad enough.

So out of all the three teams, only One of the fighters doesn't have a confirmed main clan or deck he is using. And that is the one on Shinon's team. But judging by the support Spike Brothers is getting, it is more than likely that he will be a Spikes player. (If not, I hope he is a Nubatama Player or Megacolony player personally) But, I digress. Yes Chrono's Team is is basically Paladins and GC but I think, depending on what they do with the new SP guy, he has the potential to make a great addition to the cast. As for Team Tokoha, we get da boy Satoru back as a main cast guy, meaning more eventual DI support! Also there is Battle Sisters support that will probably come in the future as well.  Only time will tell.

Shion's teammate is not the only guy without the knowledge of his clan Kazumi ( the white hair dude ) is more likely than Shion's teammate to use SB and the clan of Shion's teammate get introduced in the GBT10 or vice versa

Then I honestly think it's Nubatama then, Think about it logically.... Only the Striders from Technical Booster 1 are missing a stride form for their main clan G deck. Since Rive has Gaia, Kazumi might have Spikes, its probably the way Shiraui is getting his Grade 4 and appearing in the anime. But thats only if Kazumi is using Spikes.

I wish it was Jaime instead of that OTT chick in Tokoha's team, they already have Susanoo user in Trinity Dragon. Or Jaime instead of that random in Shion's team.

But Moe.. Battle Sisters are cool and totly not overshadowed by Witches and Magus which is what most OTT People use now days.

Too bad both said OTT users are secondary characters. Though that being said, I hope that OTT does get some more love, but knowing Bushiroad and how they usually handle supporting under supported clans , they'll either do a decent job OR suck horribly. Personally I'm not holding my breath, just like I'm not holding my breath before we are drowning, once again in dragons and knights thanks to Bushiroad's focus on Chrono's team.

On another note, I really hope that the new antagonist doesn't fall into the 'I'm a bad guy, so I must use either SP or LJ' cliche that bushiroad loves to lazily rely on. Seriously, look at Rin and Shionome, we cannot get anything akin to that? It always has to be either LJ or SP? Friggan uncreative, shallow minded twits.

Correct, Sandy is mistaken. The villians we had was the Company after Kanzaki. Which consisted of DP, MC, Granblue, Dark Irregular, Pale Moon, Genesis and Gear Chronicle. So its not always Link Joker or Sp Villains. Also to count, Season 2's Villain used Aqua Force btw.


I hope that the villian is using a never used before villain clan... Or estranger

More like leaked info but I'll go with it and buy that it's real.

 My god it's Paladin the set. I can't believe it. As cash grabby as this looks it actually looks like a potentially good set.

Also Tachi, Nova and Mura support it's a god send. And I don't mind Shadows again personally because they going to need a bit more and I'm expecting more then one shadow user.
Everything else in this set is middle ground. Golds have Raven Ezel and generic support easily support that build but since it's not metaing for some reason I'll forgive it this time unless the support breaks. The other 2 are main characters sets and/or meta So unless one of these clans that is getting character booster support breaks with character booster support then this set is pretty decent sounding and could even be money set.

Well Tachikaze means Gaiaemperor support, most likely meaning Gaia stride, meaning that it would just leave Shiranui to get his... in about a year knowing bushiroad. But huray for Nova Support in set 10, same with Murakumo.
