Why even limit Lisbeth, a bloom card, to one? Seems asinine, might as well just ban it outright.

The point of this banlist is to stop infinite loop combos otherwise the game would just take too long (Bushi tours have a time limit or 25 minutes per game I believe). From what I know of Lisbeth can be abused with Multivitamin Dragon to achieve infinite power loop which can createc an unhealthy environment. As for the banning issue, Lisbeth is still usable at 1 since Thruia can still sets the effect off, providing that you're running an Ahsha centric deck.

In that deck, which abused the NN stand, you dont need to center your game around Ahsha - two oh her will be enough, as it goes through the whole deck very fast.
