First and Foremost, Its A Rank *System.

Second of all its doubtful to happen due to it provoking elitist behaviour and basically turning people into huge Ducks whilst braging about the fact they are higher than others,

(Note: Ducks is the non-swearing version of... Well the Other 4 letter D word)
