s it just my computer or is it the server? IDK anymore so please help me if you can.  :'(

Try turning it off and on again

1) Check your anti-virus if it's blocking it or not, not only your anti-virus but also your computers built-in accessability to it.

If not then;

2) Delete your game folder, redownload the .rar file and extract it properly and trying running it.

If not then;

Explain in detail and/or with screenshots as to what exactly is going on, on your side so we can help much easily.
