i was in a game hit esc on accident than when i went to get back on said cannot connect to server i have re downloaded it multiple times but i still cant connect :( any help would be awesome :-[

Is everything okay? This is the second time the server went down, I really hope it isn't anything horribly complex or anything of that nature, unless it's just maintenance or perhaps preparing for the eventual update?

The reason of crashes is that our host (who is Rem) has problems with his internet provider (as far as I know). I don't know when will his internet be fixed, so we all just have to be patient.

It definitely would be cool if CFA allowed people to host servers lol. Always wondered why they have a "Host" option if that's not possible lol.

They do! It works! It's just that it's only 1v1, and they need to connect to your IP address. Pretty easy if you know what you're doing.

Ah okay, thank you for your response and for informing us of the current situation. I hope Rem's internet problems get fixed soon, though I understand that sometimes some stuff happens and I don't mind waiting.

I'm still getting the "Cannot connect on server" message.
Is there a specific address and port I need to use? I just went with the defaults.

All you can really do is be patient and keep checking every 10 minutes or so. It's been offline for a while now, so chances are it'll be back on soon.
"Soon" being relative.

same problems here, I hope Ren can sort it out soon as I can only imagine his whole connection has gone to shit.
One cannot simply survive without the internet.
