On the actual site you download cfa on (http://cardfight.ru/cf-area) it says
PayPal: zmaxach@mail.ru
So make sure you have a paypal account.

Once you do, you click "Send and request" which should be on the top of the page when you log on your PayPal account.
Click "Send money to friends and family"

You paste zmaxach@mail.ru where it says "Email or mobile number" and in the box next too it, it should show a box with "Amount" and the option of how to pay(USD, etc )
Then you click next" and you'll see a box that says "Add a note (Optional)" and in that box you type

Then click the "Send" box below it and if it's sent wait for Rem to get the email, etc and he'll send it whenever he sees it. So be patient with how long it takes to receive it.
