Ah well a simple standard tournament will be nice for a change. No sleeve prizes this time as I haven't asked so I wanted to make this kind of event.
Due to a discussion on skype I have decided to make a battle throughout the ages tournament style.
Its simple really. Its a test of skill as you fight through rounds 1-4 in a double elimination format.
Round 1 will be Season 1 only decks - BT01 to BT05 only. Barcgal and Conroe will be eligible as starting vanguard for this round.
Round 2 will be Limit Break format season 2 style - BT01 to BT09 only. Royal Paladin, Shadow Paladin and Kagero are sealed for this round.
Round 3 will be Link Joker Invasion + Break Rides - BT01 to BT15 only. Barcgal + Conroe will be restricted as starting vanguards. Descendant will be at 2.
Round 4 will be Legion Arc - BT01 to Current Set release.
I will make the rules regarding Extra Booster related support in a bit but this is just the general basis of the tournament layout.
It will take place on Wednesday 10th September at 8PM (GMT + 1)
To sign up for this you will have to include specifically what clan you intend to use for each round format.
In game Name - Sinon
Round 1 - Royal Paladin
Round 2 - Gold Paladin
Round 3 - Shadow Paladin
Round 4 - Link Joker
This is just an example.
To bring back the old feels of vanguard.

This is the most greatest idea ever. But can you include "no using limit break enablers for round 2 and 3 only", because vermilion can destroy everything with 3 damage as well as glory maelstrom.

I got one question for you.
Did you even READ it at all?....
Also I'm not sure if you read the card text but LB4 enablers. They only work for LB4... I'm pretty sure Glory is a LB5.....

I wouldn't call the ability to use Vermillion one damage early the ability to "destroy everything".
By the way, could you list the timezone location of the time you're using? It'll make figuring out the time in EST easier.

It´s not like they could be used anyway they are from Legion era they cant be used on round 2 and 3 due to the booster set rulings.
