Grade 1:
3x   Blue Storm Battle Princess, Electra
1x   Blue Storm Guardian Dragon, Icefall Dragon   
3x   Blue Storm Soldier, Tempest Boarder   
2x   Shortfin Mako Soldier of Blue Storm Armada   
4x   Wheel Assault

Grade 2:
4x   Blue Storm Marine General, Ianis   
4x   Blue Storm Marine General, Starless   
4x   Tidal Assault

Grade 3:
1x   Blue Flight Dragon, Trans-core Dragon   
3x   Blue Storm Marine General, Zaharias

Ummm... I say just run 4 Tempest Border.... You run 1 Transcore so you don't need Shortfin Mako and you don't even need Transcore at all and you seem to pretty much agree to that since you're running only 1 xD...
I say just take it out for another of the drive-checky legion guy and just go all out with the legioning~

that chance on getting transcore :/ when i use less amount of any cards i will get it fast :) i dont know why

Drop Transcore. Playing a single copy of a Break Ride with Limit Break enablers is pretty useless, so drop the enabler too. Focus solely on Blue Storms and their legion support because the rest will slow you down. With a splash of the Lemonade clone or the Silver Fang Witch clone if you like. Persona skill units should always be maxed anyway, so bump up Zaharias to 4.

Also, I really don't recommend trying to run Criticals and Stands at the same time in Aqua Force. This is because with Tetra Burst you don't really need crits in the first place. But, if you don't want Stands, you can choose to stack Criticals instead. Otherwise, Stands can give you extremely dangerous Zaharias turns or game when your opponent drains their whole hand guarding Tetra Burst. You usually want one or the other with draws to help maintain your rearguard setup.

Yeah I'd have to agree since I main Aqua Force in real life. But I'll pm you mine if you want to help you with ideas to adjust your own.
