Nova Grappler can't handle field destruction and early rush. Make them waste their hand by killing rear guards and rushing early.

Yes, and use decks that are good at retiring RG to prevent their forte which in this case is standing.

A competently built and piloted Blau deck will be fine against disruption tactics, at least more than the average deck, due to their very strong midgame. The BT04 Ride Chain enables the deck to run less Grade 2's in order to run more Grade 1's, which allows them to handle any sort of field destruction much easier, since booster retiring will not hurt as much as it usually would. Also, EVERY deck is vulnerable to being rushed, this is not a weakness of Blau specifically. In fact, their strong midgame allows them to recover much easier than most decks. Now, enough debunking bad advice, and on to some actual advice.

If they hit their very unlikely fail condition of riding Stern with it at 10k, abuse that as much as possible. Be smart with how you guard, and be sure to guard during the early game whenever it is safe to. If they're silly and run Mond instead of Stern, conserve as much guard while waiting for lategame. Don't be overprotective of your own rearguards, just let them hit your rearguards unless you absolutely need it no matter what, and let them save you guard by attacking your rearguards.

Blau have insane pressure and the possibility of an early rush. And since smart players run the usual crossride version, rushing them to 4 damage is quite irrational. If I already have 4 damage, I sacrifice my crossride defence to put insane pressure on my opponent.

Early rushes aren't that effective, since you overcommit to the board, don't have much hand size, and Stern melts your face.  You're best off allowing early hits to go through so you can guard Stern and Galaxy later in the game, while using other forms of rear guard attrition (Pale moon hit-swaps like Alice and Bunny, retirement, on-hit retirement, locking, etc.).  If they play Mond, you can afford to no guard the turn 3 attack.  If they play Grosse Baer, you can let that one hit if it doesn't get crit triggers passed to it.
