To explain in better detail:
Diablo's skill is nothing more than a rumor as no one can read its official print at the moment. In addition to that, Bushi themselves stated Charon was made to make Diablo's skill easier to pull off via retiring it. The rumored skill has nothing about retiring its own allies, so it must be fake by the advertisement.
That's why it wasn't added. His real skill wasn't released.

Hey guys thx a lot for the update but super ancient dragon Parititians skill isn't correct according to the wikia it's supposed to be "[AUTO]:When this unit placed on (VC), if you have a heart card with "Ancient Dragon" in its card name, choose a rear-guard of all fighters, retire them, and increase this unit's [Power] by the sum of the original [Power] of the units retired with this effect until end of turn. Then, if the [Power] increased with this effect is 20000 or more, this unit gets [Critical]+1 until end of turn. " it's not a big deal but kind of makes him weak with the skill he has on cfa so I just wanted to let ya know
