Title: Can't find vanguard.exe

I download the update for CFA (version 1.75), and use winrar to open it up. I moved all the files over and then when I tried opening the new  vanguard.exe that I just downloaded. It gave me the error message that Windows Smartcreen prevented it from downloading. I clicked run anyway and this message appeared: "Windows can't find (insert file location here). Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." Then the file vanguard.exe deletes itself from my computer. This also happened when I downloaded the full version.

Why is this happening? And how do I fix it?

Close antivirus.

I apparently had to update my computer before I could make my antivirus software exclude CFA from checks.
Though I still want to know why an antivirus software considered CFA a threat in the first place.
