Title: (Pale Moon) Luquier "R"/ Miracle Pop, Eva
Post by: Pullzzz on May 05, 2014, 07:21:00 PM
Pale Moons in general are super fun and in my experience, take the most skill and knowledge to execute correctly.

Grade 0
x1 Silver Thorn Beast Tamer, Emile (STARTER)
x4 Silver Thorn Barking Dragon (CRIT)
x4 Poison Juggler (CRIT)
x4 Silver Thorn Marrionette, Natasha (DRAW)
x4 Silver Thorn Juggler, Nadia (HEAL)

Grade 1
x4 Silver Thorn Hypnotist, Lydia (PERFECT)
X4 Silver Thorn Assistant, Zelma
x4 Silver Thorn Assistant, Irina
x2 Silver Thorn Beast Tamer, Ana

Grade 2
x4 Silver Thorn Marionette, Lillian
x4 Silver Thorn Rising Dragon
x3 Silver Thorn Beast Tamer, Marcicia

Grade 3
x1 Silver Thorn Dragon Tamer, Luquier
x3 Miracle Pop, Eva (BREAK RIDE)
X4 Silver Thorn Dragon Queen, Luquier "Reverse"

The deck's goal is to use Emile, Irina and Zelma to keep a large and helpful soul to have units to call out when you're in a pinch, use Luquier "R" to keep pressure on the field and to keep Rising Dragon's and Lilian's on the field. Zelma is your best friend in this deck as your soul would be pretty useless without her. One thing a lot of people don't know is that the turn you ride Grade 2 and the turn after you Break Ride are the decks Strongest Moments, Calling a Zelma out of your soul using Ana/ Marcicia restands a unit, setting up another column. And if you have two Zelma in your Soul / Field you should call them out after you break ride, activating their skill to put two units in and out, restanding them. There is no primary lock target for Luquier "R" so mostly you should lock the booster for her, unless she's got a number on the vanguard. Also the lock can hurt this deck more than hurt it so be smart with it and not use it unless you need some more power, get a good number with the +5000 or have a bad field.

Hm, I'd suggest using adding at least 1 Luquier xrosride to tried different varieties. In case you fight a link joker deck, you'd want to try a different strategy with your deck so that it can actually fight back against cards like Chaos Breaker Dragon.

Personal opinion but...
Would advise you to drop 1 Rukie <R> and put another Tamer Rukie (better chances for a cross ride)
For the grade 2 drop 1 lilian and put 1 more marichika (Ana/marichika/zelma combo op)
for the grade 1 drop 2 irinas and put 2 more anas.
That's how I would play my Rukie <R> once set 15 comes out (minus the lilians since i'd play upright lions)
Best combo I found that works with this deck I played was:
Break ride, lock rg behind vg (she's already a 21K/23K body), get a line of zelmas as boosters for the side columns, attack with rear guards, attack with vanguard, 'restand' both zelmas, use them to 'restand' both attackers, and swing again for 2 full attacks..
This is just my take on the build, sorry if I bothered you in any way.

Like your signature~ Anyways back to the topic, I agree with adding in the marichika because of the combo you mentioned. It really allowed me to put pressure into my enemies.

In any case, Mari actually gives a rush opportunity which is why I looooooove running 12 crits in this deck (try it whenever you feel like it)

I have actually, it works most efficiently in a deck like Pale Moon (or most clans in general if I had to be specific) but sometimes I choose to run various triggers to see other varieties in my deck.

yeah, like what those guys just said,
its better to use less Lequier R, and add the normal one (not another cross ride)
because for me, its really broken when you just break ride with normal luquier than the R one

for the grade 2,
its better to lower Lillian, because from my experience (i play venus luquier IRL)
lillian only better 1 turn, when it's in VG circle

in grade 1, the combination of irina and emile is really great (why, that's because you can shuffle :D )
but you playing BR (which is not silver thorn)
so even just a little (7 card), eva and poison juggler can throw you off
especially when irina told you to put trigger in your soul

and, Pale Moon build Silver Thorn is really better for rush play,
don't be afraid to call trigger in your rear guard circle,
because zelma will use magic to transform them... :D

that's from me, sorry for the bad english....  :P
