Umm how are we suppose to download it? I don't know what its asking me when I click the link? What happened to the old downloader that we used?
I can't download the new update since its in russian and it won't auto-translate.

Yes has anything happened with Sleeve Drops? Decrease the Time of Winners or Increase the Drops per time?

Yes I do. Everytime I enter CFA and watch the lottery, a person who already has sleeves wins the sleeves. So, the answer is yes.

Dude, I joined this forum three days ago but I joined the lottery roughly after update. Sorry that I can't be online for 24/7 like others to make more accurate report. Some people have tings named "job" and "real life."And now you have admitted yourself that the same people getting sleeves so I guess we agree with each other.

3. Oh, I OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBSERVED. Every damn time, a person with the same username as here pops up ( how strange.) Then, as if to humiliate others they complain about their sleeves.
4. This system of "random" lottery is stupid. All sleeves should be available and problems solved

Dima, how butthurt you are is blatantly showing. The reason the same people have been getting the sleeves a lot is because those people are in the lottery room a lot. There for more drops = more likely to get it = they've probably gotten sleeves multiple times. That does not mean that it isn't random.

Seven hours per day isn't enough...guess I will move to 24/7. Anyway, like I said, I convinced myself by observing the "random" drops.

It doesn't, it doesn't erase them at all, they're tied to the account you registered on when you try to login.

So can I delete the previous versions of CFA and redownload entire thing so save space on computer instead of having 50 updates in my downloads folder and still have the sleeves i got from the lottery thing when i download cfa all over again ?

I normally just have it move and replace everything, your decks stay there and so do your replays and junk.
