This Deck prioritise in the "Battle Sisters" and is obviously an OTT deck (if you didn't read the title)
By Far, I think it's a decent deck but I STILL WANT TO IMPROVE IT!!
here's the list of cards ;D:
Grade 0: (number: 17)
Starting VG: Battle Sister Eclair
Physcic Bird (crit) = 4
Battle Sister Ginger (crit)= 4
Battle Sister Tiramisu (draw) = 4
Lozenge Magus (heal) = 2
Battle Sister Chai (heal) = 2
Grade 1: (number: 14)
Battle Sister Chocolat (Perfect Guard) = 3
Battle Sister Cocoa = 3
Oracle Guardian Gemini = 2
Weather Forecaster Miss Mist = 3
Battle Sister Maple = 1
Battle Sister Omelet = 2
Grade 2: (number: 12)
Battle Sister Cocotte = 3
Battle Sister Macaron = 2
Battle Sister Mocha = 2
Battle Sister Pudding = 3
Silent Tom= 2
Grade 3: (number: 7)
Battle Sister Jelly = 4 (main card to do legion)
Battle Sister Parfait = 1
CEO Amaterasu = 2
Basically, the strategy is FIGHT TILL' YOU DROP!!!
P.S = The ones in cyan are the cards or number of cards suggested to me (I chose not to do some)

Well for starters. It's not legal since you can't have 8 "Psychic Bird" in your deck. Your only allowed up to 4 copies of each card with the same name. Start by fixing this.

Yea actually I did notice it and changed it. But I swear I saw people having 12 of the same cards.
I just didn't notice i put in 8 :P

There are cards in the game that allow you to have more then 4 copies of a card of the same name in the deck but the skill of the card will let you know in their skills like this for example: http://cardfight.wikia.com/wiki/Mass_Production_Sailor.
None of those cards are in Oracle Think Tank.
Anyway... This is a weird yet interesting deck. Running Ceo Amaterasu is a interesting choice. These are just my suggestions though.
Your triggers are fine now. I also use Sphere/Lozenge Magus as well over Battle Sister, Chai in my own varient because I can use Sphere/Lozenge Magus skill to shuffle her back to the deck if I wanted to. But I really think you should run Chai instead since it give you more targets for Battle Sister Cocotte skill and your deck has a lot of cards already that are not Battle Sis. If anything you can use legion to shuffle your heals back to your deck. Grade 1 in any battle sis variant is usually tight. I would really consider trying to add a 3rd Weather Forecaster, Miss Mist. To help against legion's that have grade 2 legion mates to help guard early game even though she is not a Battle Sister. I really think you should change Circle Magus to Battle Sister, Omelet and maybe even some of your Battle Sister, Cocoa's into Omelet's. The foresight isn't 100% necessary. In addition will help with Cocotte skill as well. Or you can try 3-4 Gemini as well to help your Tom's. Your choice. I really think Circle is not necessary here.
Grade 2 lineup seems well set in the off chance you have to ride CEO Amaterasu instead. But you can consider dropping 1 of the legion mate for another grade 2 option maybe another Mocha or Macaron. Anyway I preserved the grade 3 line up the best I could it's fine as is. Unless you want to insure your grade 3 is a Battle Sis then you can try replacing the Ceo's for more Parfait's. If you do this you can really boost your Macaron to 4 if you want to.

That's not really necessary. I get g3s in my hand often so I dont need 1 more.
