Appearance and Personality:
Seifer is a young male of eighteen years old, sporting a thin black jacket that has a belt clasp type collar, a white dress shirt under it, with black slacks and a pair of black boots. As a person, Seifer is usually pretty quiet, tending to stay to himself. However he's not one to just ignore others. He has a big heart, and it's usually "worn on his sleeve", and will gladly go out of his way to help someone else if they really needed him. He speaks with a neutral accent, not favoring any one country or dialect. He is very independent, though won't hesitate to rely on others for support.
Biography:
Season 2
Growing up in a broken home, Seifer had no friends and his father was always to busy with work to play with him, or help him with homework. Suffice to say this damaged his social skills, and made him rather ignorant to how other people would treat him in reality. Throughout his school life he was taken advantage of and picked on, but somehow made it through all of that, and by some miracle, made his way to the clutches of Vanguard. To be honest he doesn't remember how or when he started, just that he saw the game and decided to try it out for himself, falling in love with it. Now of age, he's off on his own, slowly growing up out of the pains of anti-socialism, he tries to travel around when he can, meet people, and learn to love the game along side those he meets.
After coming to the world of Vanguard in this place, Seifer has met up with a few people who he befriended though rather slowly at first, and even went on to join the World Stage Tournament in New York City. Unfortunately he lost out in the second round of the tournament to Tsubasa, one of the people he felt closest to, and grew envious of his connection to the Gold Paladin clan where his was lacking with Great Nature. Lost and confused, Seifer wandered the streets of New York for a couple of days before his friends Haruki, Neo, and Tsubasa confronted him, revealing the secrets of the sealed clans, and that he was probably a victim of it. Originally vindictive, when Seifer met Neu, he challenged her to a Cardfight, in which she allowed him to borrow a deck. The clan was Kagero, and it became readily obvious that was his original clan when he played it with ease, even managing to defeat Neu. Toward the end of the War of Liberation however, Seifer's role was diminished greatly, and while he was one of the five champions selected to fight Neu in one last battle to unseal the clans, he couldn't manage to press forward being the first champion to be banished from the space in which the clans were held. However, Neu had asked him about his "Vanguard" before he disappeared, answering with at first if he hadn't met everyone even her, he wouldn't of been able to answer this question. "I fight to protect my friends, allies... Those things that are precious to me." his answer was selfish indeed, but it was that drive that had him fight to help the clans, and Neu, in the first place. At the end of it though, after Tsubasa came back, being the victor in this struggle, Seifer congratulated the Gold Paladin player and worried as Neu was taken away by ambulance. Kagero was now back in his possession however, so he wasn't as anxious as normal.
Season 3
After parting ways with everyone after the concert, Seifer returned home to his father, begging and pleading for him to not take away the game as his father had found out about the incident that occurred in New York. With the loss of his returned Kagero, yet again, Seifer ran away from home and wandered around trying to make somewhat of a living. After a few months, a new deck was given to him, Shadow Paladin. While it was something new to him he accepted it almost immediately and began playing the clan regularly. It fit his new attitude with how his father had treated him as well. After a full year had passed after the incident in New York, Seifer once again returned to the place where he had met his friends and this time, he wasn't alone.
It had been somewhat of a rough start when he and Rosalia first moved to Rijuku, but they quickly settled in, getting the house Seifer had bought set up. Early on in the settling process, Seifer invited Tsubasa and Neo over to meet Rosalia, and to just hang out with his friends again, happily having a cardfight against Tsubasa using his new Shadow Paladin deck. Throughout the time between then and the start of school, Seifer's re met several of his old friends, and some new ones as well, even reuniting with his half Sister Noel.
Good times wouldn't last for very long though as school started back, draining a lot of the time he had to mill around. Though he couldn't really complain, since it was a change of pace. Thankfully he went to school with most of his friends so it wasn't that big of a deal anyways. Hana decided to create a Cardfight Club which increased the draw to go to school, and it was a bonus that he could spend time with everyone. It wasn't long though until something rather unexpected happened to Seifer. Something he never thought would happen. One night after school and a few awkward days with her, Seifer and Rosalia started dating... Though it was a bit different at first, the brunette was quickly warmed up to the idea, having never been as happy as he was with her. Though, this played into the hands of a request from a mysterious woman who called herself Yugure, but he knew her as Yukino. She made a rather odd request, because of his status as a champion a year ago, she wanted his help in saving the world, so it seemed. Seifer hesitantly agreed, if only to protect his new found love in Rosalia. Soon after that though the Cardfight Club went on a camping trip, though he couldn't spend any of it with Rosalia, as she had to return to her parent's house due to an emergency.

The first person Seifer met during his first trip to Rijuku, he met Neo at a train station after falling asleep while looking at a map. Neo introduced him to others and he quickly made friends, but Neo was one of his first. He has a high opinion of Neo, and is very thankful of having met him.

Haruki was one of the first that Neo introduced Seifer to. He seemed kind of odd, but he wasn't one to judge. He hasn't seen him since coming back to Rijuku.

One of Seifer's best friends, he respects Tsubasa as a fighter and a person, and sees him as somewhat of a rival even if he didn't say it out loud.

Someone who Seifer met through Neo yet again, he had no idea she was an idol until the end of the War of Liberation. That never changed his opinion of her, and he was glad she started a Cardfight Club so that he could join in. She teased both himself and Rosalia, foreshadowing a relationship.

At first he was really mad at Neu, upset that she had sealed his clan, Kagero. And yet, once fighting her his opinion changed. He was upset still that she had taken it away, and yet, he was no longer angry. He hasn't seen her since the end of the War of Liberation.

A young girl he met over the year gap between the War of Liberation and his return to Rijuku, her parents allowed a homeless Seifer to stay at their home and in return he allowed her to live in his house so that she could attend the high school in Rijuku at her parent's request. He introduced her to several of his friends, though the bond he shared with her went beyond anything he had with the others. It didn't take long after being teased that they became an item, becoming official without saying a word, just holding hands together after going out to dinner and ice cream.

Someone he met at the end of the War of Liberation, they share a kinship as they both use Kagero. Seifer could easily consider Haruka a brother if they spent more time getting to know one another.

A strange person who seems to know Haruka. Seifer found him a tad bit odd, but he just probably needs to get to know him a bit better.

Someone who goes on about honor and stuff. Seifer found him odd and a tad bit annoying, but their first meeting wasn't that great, as Seifer was bothered beyond belief before meeting him. He seems to be everywhere somehow. Is he stalking them?

Seifer's half sister. He had given Noel her first card a long time ago, even before the War of Liberation, though he wasn't allowed to visit her often since her father looked down on him. He's glad he got to meet her once more and is impressed at her progress with Jewel Knights.

Seifer doesn't have a full opinion of Satoshi yet, though he's incredibly wary of him. He seems like he wants something either from him, or from Rosalia. This makes Seifer a bit uncomfortable.

A women he met when he was called to meet with Satoshi. She seemed odd and proposed something rather preposterous. And yet he went along with it, in the event that if she was right, he could protect his love, his sister, and his friends. He sees her as a valuable source of information and someone he can confide in if he needs to. He knows that she is indeed Yukino and yet out of respect refers to her as Yugure since that's what she introduced herself as. After being Reversed, Seifer was saved by her and Ahmes. Has recently started calling her Nee-San.

The Swordsman of Light that stood beside Yugure to help her save Seifer. The unit happily obliged his request to strike down the darkness that had taken over his body.
