Title: [Link Joker] Lock, Lock, and Delete
Post by: Hagoromo Kitsune on September 15, 2014, 03:14:05 AM
i think no one hasn't created a deck list about deletors so i will take this chance to make one so enjoy :D

G0
1x acquirer deletor, igor
4x marching deletor, maize
4x override deletor, org
4x exalting deletor, maestroll
4x taunting deletor, goot

G1
4x Breaking Deletor, Gatario
4x Reforging Deletor, Webill
4x Idolizing Deletor, Guwimu
3x Poisonous Deletor, Edda

G2
4x Juxtapose Deletor, Gwill
3x Greedy Deletor, Jewiru
3x Pursuing Deletor, Egott

G3
4x Juxtapose Deletor, Zwill
4x Daunting Deletor Woksis

the strategy is to use zwill for early game and woksis (my avatar <3) for the late game pressure, and using gwill for that front row lock so that your opponents deleted vanguard is the only one that can attack, jewiru is there for that unflipper as well as igor for the extra draw because you know, this deck is moderately counter-blast heavy so i included those two and the new 8k vanilla for that magic number

so basically your opponent wastes hand on something he/she can't handle, i mean who can guard strong attacks when your vanguard's power immediately going to zero?

Hmmm, nicely done. Deck looks really good with the lack of support (Since we have to wait til CFA updates again for more Deletor stuff)

Have you considered maxing Igor? He's literally the best card in the deck second only to the ones who actually do the deleting.

igor is only one because he is the starting vanguard and i have jewiru to cover me up and gwill for that free lock on the front row so only the vanguard can attack with 0 boost (although there is that 5k or 4k booster behind but i don't worry about that)

although i'll try to use your recommendation, remember this is a work in progress deck so i don't know what would happen if i did not get this formation

Jewiru isn't a guarantee or a extra draw though. It's just a suggestion since I've been giving over the theory of including more than one of it with others, and it tests absurdly well when proxied. It messes up the deck's numbers a lot though. Definitely try at least more than one Igor for an onslaught of deleting every turn from Wokshis.

and that is why i think i would try your recommendation, its really interesting

also this deck is made for a fast game, if it lasts for more than 10 minutes you would lose.

Actually, considering that your Delete game would be constant and you have the locking backup of Gwill and Guwimu, I'd say you'd be more than capable of lasting longer than ten minutes. The only way fights would get strained that long is if you never once hit a Critical.

Ya I run 12 crits in my Deletor's lol. I tend to end cfs in like 5 min or less

12 Critical Deletors is definitely a choice but a somewhat inconvenient one due to the third critical having to be a non-Deletor. Of course, the chances of it hitting the Damage Zone to interfere with Wokshis are pretty slim.

Remember, Link Joker is a control based clan.

Yeah I actually playtested all my LJ decks and made 12 crit versions of them and so far , it's worked wonders to be honest. But of course I win slightly more with draws but I did win 8/11 of my LJ decks that I made 12 crit today to try out. But I have 12 crit versions and my normal builds. But since you can just lock stuff all day and getting a lot of crit checks does put pressure in a lot of situations
