Help / Cardfight Area stops responding
« on: April 13, 2017, 09:19:31 PM »
Neither Cardfight Area OR Buddyfight area work when a friend of mine attempts to play them, I'm trying to help them get it back up and running, I tried going to the 'Questions' section of the Discord but everyone seems to want to give up the minute that the issue requires more effort than their memory is willing to give >.>
Currently, this is what happens when Cardfight Area is opened, it stops responding after this occurs
And this is what happens when Buddyfight Area is opened
After a while, Cardfight Area will go from a Black screen to a blue screen that you see on the Buddyfight Area error, and that's only if I haven't clicked the window to check if it's responded or not.
We have attempted the following solutions:
-Reinstalling the update
-Reinstalling the entirety of Cardfight Area
-Trying to run the program as administrator
-Whitelisted the program in firewalls as well as on the Antivirus installed on the computer
-Updated Video drivers
-Deleted and reinstalled video drivers
-System restored to a restore point 2 days ago (We didn't have any farther)
-The PC was Overclocked, so we removed the Overclocking to test it, no luck
-Tried running it at Compatibility for Windows 7
-Tried making a new user on the PC, downloading and running the program, no luck
-I tried sending them MY version of CFA and one more version given by another friend, same result
There has been no solutions presented to me at all, none have fixed the issue
If at all possible could I get atleast SOMEONE to assist us?
