I noticed this problem a while ago. Nowadays when i open up the game the mouse cursor would just lag when i'm hovering over the game window. Weird thing is that it's literally just when it's over the window. Anywhere else on the screen and it moves perfectly fine. I tried running the game as an administrator, running it in compatibility mode, disabling the display scaling on high dpi settings and re-downloading the entire game. Doing all of that did help but only a tiny bit. Anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it?
