Appearance: He has spiky raven hair with a tint of a dark blue hue. He has palish skin and blue eyes, but he puts on gold contact lenses due to poor eye sight. After becoming a reverse fighter. Due to the vast amounts of energy he was given in the reverse process. The rest of the reverse stigma had changed Hikaru's body. Noticeable changes are his physic as he his more muscular if only slightly. Hikaru wears a dark glass helmet/Mask to conceal his appearance from others.
Ever since his unreverse. Hikaru's appearance has heavily changed. His outfit his a hybrid of what he's worn in the past three seasons, combining his professional attire while keeping in the fresh look of a thug while at the same time look like a hit man. Hikaru no longer wears his contact lenses and has started to wear black rim glasses and shows off his cerulean blue eyes. His attire consists of a short white sleeve polo with a long grayish waist coat. Along side with the upper garmets his a royal blue coat/jacket Which he rolls up the sleeves up to below the elbows . Hikaru wears a pair of magenta wrist bands. He wears black trousers and now sports a pair of black Knee-high boots. The biggest change is his hair style, while still considerably spiky it is more tamed and its more slender. Its only spiky on the back and the left side of his face.
Personality: While usually cold and quiet, he is known to have no sense of tact and can be very blunt in most situations. He's the straight to the point kind of person. While he still views the world as a cruel place, he questions his moral standing and wonders if there is any hope for this world. One of Hikaru's biggest issues is forming relationships. Every time he forms a bond with someone they always disappear from his life, never to be seen again. Hikaru hates sleeping because of the frequent memories that keep appearing in the form of dreams and has never really gotten over the death of his parents. As he often visits their makeshift graves that he made. He hates feeling weak. Hikaru isn't above threatening people to get what he needs or whats. While he is reserved he becomes hot blooded and blood thirsty ever since his first fight against Yukino over 2-3 years ago. Hikaru has a soft spot for kids, especially orphans.
After submitting to the reverse by Haruka against his will. Hikaru has become more stoic then his usual self and rarely talks unless necessary. During in his fight against Oshiro, he states that he feels empty in his heart from all the trauma he endured in his life and the constant shocks in the underground fights. As a man the serves the justice of the dark, he sprouts about forming an empire under the rule of the reverse and reigning as king, no as emperor. He wished to create an empire where families won't have to go through what he went through in his life.
Bio: After finding out the source of the voice in his head. Hikaru decided to train to gain the strength in hopes of being able to protect the world when the time comes again. While he does want to change the world he fills it isn't the time to do so and doesn't feel strong enough to do it. During the 1 year of peace when he got back to the slums of the underground fighters. He found in ruins. Apparently when he left Japan to participate in the world circuit at New york, he had left a power vacuum at his area and the other factions had decided to take advantage of the situation and attack the ummano slums. Some how they had reversed engineered the shock gloves and used them outside of fights. When Hikaru had returned to the slums and was told of the situation. He set out to get back at those that trashed the ummano area to ruins. To this end he began recruiting allies for the turf war, those who have been attacked by the factions and integrate the losing faction into his own reborn, Dark Vigilantes.
He had decided to give his pride and joy his motorcycle a name. He now calls it the Oblivion. Hikaru has repainted it to be pitch black with the name Oblivion coated in a royal purple with a gold outline. During the past year or so. Hikaru has allowed himself to open up to Cosmo Lord and somewhat considers him family. He won't admit that part of their alliance though. He still attends his classes, at most days he would rather skip them in favour of hanging out in the slums.
After losing a fight to a certain someone he woke up the next morning with his deck stolen. Now he seeks vengence and uses his old Dimension Police deck to strike back. His Nova Grappler deck had mysteriously appeared to him when he work up in the slums. Hikaru was relieved and cried tears of joy but couldn't bring himself to fight along side Cosmo Lord again until he was ready. He attends Hoshiko high. Yugure had acquired his assistance for the incoming invasion which he agreed to. Hikaru has began to spread into a wide variety of clans in order to prepare for the incoming invasion.
At the start of the reverse arc, he was reversed by Haruka through the use of contact and due to Seifer rebounding half of his reverse to him. His appearance began to change to what he his now. Hikaru is now able to communicate with Freeze Ray Dragon. He was compelled to go to the forest after some time reversing the Europe's King of vanguard. He was confronted by Oshiro and they fought. However Hikaru blacked out during the course of the fight and that's when he realized the side effects of the suit. That's the time that Oshiro had taken his title of Underground King and began to destroy the very peace he fought for the slums. Growing a mutual disdain for one another. After losing Seifer Leo's reverse energy to Diablo and defeating Fei. He starts to see the consequences of his actions. Blaming himself for the actions of the people that he reversed and the destruction he caused as a general. He seeks to have one final fight, one last fight with his rival. Hope.

Generals of Hell/Elements

Kaori: Hikaru's adviser at the underground and his third in command. She was not only an adviser of the previous king, she was a general at the same time as Hikaru before he became king. Their relationship is purely platonic. She represents the element of earth among the generals.
Ushio: Like Hikaru he had attempted to over throw the previous king, however he was swiftly defeated by the previous king. Ushio is the second command of Hikaru as well as his strategist. They have a sort of rivalry going on in the slums. He represents the element of water among the generals.
Tomoda: He was formally an arsonist at the slums until Hikaru beat him up for causing trouble in the slums. Since then Tomoda has followed him around and he was the first to be selected as one of Hikaru's Generals of Hell or The Elements. He represents fire.
Aoi: A recent addition to the generals after he had taken the place of the previous general of wind. Hikaru often as to watch Aoi and Tomoda, making sure they aren't doing something stupid.
Cosmo Lord: +20AP

The mysterious voice that has been talking to him ever since his obtaining him. They both seek the power to protect what matters.While he often doesn't show it, Hikaru deeply cares for Cosmo Lord as family. After being reunited Hikaru feels he isn't worthy to be Cosmo Lord's vanguard as he didn't get him back with his own strength. While Cosmo Lord was a bit disappointed he told Hikaru that it'll always stand by him. When he became a reverse fighter he had immediately threw his deck away despite Cosmo Lord's plea.
Asura Kaiser (Thugsura Kaiser): + 10AP

While they have fought alongside each other before. Hikaru wasn't able to communicate with the Kaiser as his heart was closed and thus was not in synch with the mecha. After arriving at the Kurosaki estate. He was dragged to his mindscape by Asura. To say the least he was shocked to see him talk like a thug/gangster. They reached an understanding and was finally able to synchronize with the Kaiser and receive its cross ride.

One of the few people that Hikaru can stand to talk to despite his cold attitude and his own attachment issues. Was clearly surprised that he didn't recognize her. Their friendship is currently strained due to Hikaru ignoring her half the time. He feels guilty about it.
