Title: (Dimension Police) Crossride Great Daiyusha
Post by: Pullzzz on May 04, 2014, 07:34:56 PM
Grade 0
x1  Dimensional Robo, Goyusha (Starter)
x4 Dimensional Robo, Daicrane (Draw)
x2 Army Penguin (Draw)
x4 Dimensional Robo, Daibattle (Crit)
x2 Justice Cobalt (Crit)
x4 Dimensional Robo, Gorescue

Grade 1
x4 Dimensional Robo, Daishield (Perfect)
x4 Dimensional Robo, Daimariner
x3 Dimensional Robo, Dailander
x2 Glory Maker
x1 Dimensional Robo, Gocannon

Grade 2
x4 Dimensional Robo, Daidragon
x4 Dimensional Robo, Kaizard
x3 Dimensional Robo, Daiheart

Grade 3
x4 Super Dimensional Robo, Daiyusha
x4 Ultimate Dimensional Robo, Great Daiyusha

This is just a standard Great Daiyusha Deck, me and a hardcore DP player spent a good few weeks perfecting this list and we're really happy with it. It's just based of either 1. Consistent Pressure 2. Situational Superior Riding to propel yourself ahead. Thoughts?

You don't actually rely on that  Gocannon (http://cardfight.wikia.com/wiki/Dimensional_Robo,_Gocannon) do you?

The gocannon, although situational has its moments, the biggest is forcing a early perfect or a lot of guard if you ride 10k daiyusha over kaizard. It's kinda just there and can put on quite a bit of pressure when you do get it.

Oh, okay. I just thought it was weird that you ran just one in a build specifiaclly used for pressure. But you're right. As situational as it may be, I can see it helping out if, and only if, you draw into it.

I suppose this is pre-Daikaizer? Since, Daikaizer and the new D-Robos give so many possibilities of combining and comboing. I'm currently testing a 12-14 G3 Daikaizer and its working unbeliveably good. (I'll post it when i'm done), however it ain't pure D-Robo. As far as this deck goes, it was standard before Daikaizer, so i think i should end it at that. Its just, well, standard. o.o

Lol. That sounds just like the  DaiKaizer troll deck some kid used in a tournament and won (I think)
Please post it. I might build it just for the kicks and giggles.

Daiyusha was like, a big thank you card to me from Bushiroad. As a large super robot fan, I highly approve of the card.

Gocannon that card is a good pressure card, and crazy game ender, I say this because I got hit five crit in this one match and it was terrible I couldn't guard it and those extra criticals placed salt over my wounds of that one fight.

I remember one game IRL (pre-13) I rode Daiyusha over Kaizard and twin drived two crits.... #swag #getonmylevel Wish Gocannon as out, he only had one damage.

Hmm.... this deck might need to be edited to fit the meta. Especially sicne there's no Daikaiser, or any of the Kaiser series or would suggest having up to 2 or more Reverse Daiyusha's to bring your opponents vanguard power to about 1000 only.

I think the point of the deck is to not have Daikaiser and to keep it a Daiyusha deck, but you're right that the deck could use some edits.

For example, the new G3 Daiyard is really good for pulling out a Daiyusha from the deck and pushing it up to 15000 instantly. Even if you don't choose to search out Daiyusha with Daiyard, you can just keep searching out Daiyards which serves the same purpose as searching out a Daiyusha, and if you have a Daiyusha in the soul you can search out Great Daiyusha.
Daiyard is just such a great searcher for the deck that I think it should definitely be included.

Yes, maybe throw in a Laurel or Daitiger for the mix and in my opinion the 10k booster for the vanguard is not really necessary and there should be draw 'dimension robo' triggers instead.

This is meant to be a CONSITANT DP deck. key word, consistent, that's why the deck may be out "out of date". IMO the FC02 cards are pretty bad for what this deck is trying a achieve.

I'm not sure how you don't see Daiyard as inconsistent, he's the very definition of consistent because it searches any Grade 3 from your deck.

But if you don't like to use new cards even though they're far superior, that's your preference and I respect that decision.

It's most likely that the deck is more revolved around bringing out Great Daiyusha the old fashioned way, using Goyuusha's skill in order to build up soul. It's just my assumption though.

I just fail to see how using daikizer is going to mess that one up though >_> I always thought of daikaizer as a god sent because:
Ride daikaizer
call daiyusha+2 more d robos.
use goyusha's skill
Superior crossswagbreakride into great daiyusha and sack your opponent with a grade 3 and next turn maintain the pressure or just stay with your vanguard if your opponent plays link jokers..

Some players have used outdated decks that don't match the meta but regardless, I've seen some of the old decks actually going on par with like CBD or a few Legions depended on which it is.

Well it could work out for them I suppose...... I just think that the more tools you get for a deck you love running, the better the variety is. (My mlb deck used to be straight up 4 mlb and 4 palamedes, now it's 2 mlb, 3 palamedes, 2 ashlei and 1 exculpate) with newer tools, I can play around to see what options are the most viable.
Though I could understand if they just don't like the card(s) in question.
