Title: Cant Open Vangaurd.exe

when i open vangaurd.exe it says failed to load game file seems corrupted but downloaded it correctly{full version}

try to redownload. And what is your OS?

You can also use programs like WinRAR , etc to help open up cfa.

It could be that Norton security is blocking it.

I've opened mine on winrar, then I copied all the files in to a folder named "CardfightArea" for recognition, and so far there has not been a problem, have you tried putting the files into another folder?
