Well, originally how I looked at it was the following: Generation Break version of Kuroko, which was on-hit and send two to the drop-zone. But then, I decided to differ it from it's counter-part by making it a main-phase skill that can be used with the likes of Tamahagane, Fuuki and Mandoracongo. Where it would be counterblast one and move it to the soul to send two to the drop-zone. However I placed it down as one card to the dropzone to simply see the public's opinion on whether or not it was better and balanced having one unit for an act compared to two.

Kuroko can pressure opponent and does not leave the field, while this card is like retiring rgs, but harder to pull off (you need another source of binding), and do not worth it at all. You do -1 to an opponent, and -1 to yourself, while paying 1 CB. Also, Nubatama is current game eat CBs like I eat cookies, so making a starter like that is not goint to help them.
